Small update....
Like I said, court date for criminal charges is August 15th. I think the feds are going to ask him if the parents knew about this, in exchage for a smaller sentence...but Im not sure. (The sentence will NOT be small, I was assured by police)
As for the parents, jailtime or not, they are getting a FAT civil suit from my friend.
I told you we are gonna leave them jobless, homeless and pennyless.
