Ouch...you guys are rough...I called my friend, he told me he has been busy and didnt really followup on the result....I told him to find out and let me know...Im waiting just like you guys are... Trust me, I want to find out the ending more than anyone here...

Hey man, remember, its not my story. This happened to my best friend, that I see, at best twice a month. Hes been busy, Ive been busy, so I have nada.

Hopefully, Ill get to know something and will post it here....until then, I might post some pics up in the hotties section just to "apologize" I guess

Funny thing is, I'm only seeing this thread now for the first time...I had jury duty on 8/15 in criminal court.... They immediately called me in for a potential case (along with 50 other ppl), but a few minutes of waiting, the court officer came out and said the case was dismissed. I pretty much wasted the day scratching my a$$, they let us all go without the opportunity to even be selected. That woulda been f-ed up if I was selected for this!

 

Would have been awesome.....

My friend called me today, and told me that the parents were slapped with MASSIVE fines, the father was put in jail (if you look at the lawsuits he had, he wasnt the best of people) due to outstanding warrants, and Joe will be going to jail. He is out on bail now, and will be tried in criminal court (i guess its a federal crime, so it will be in a higher court). My friend said he is going to go down to the precinct to get some paperwork, so if he gets something interesting, you guys will be the first to know.

 

Just an update....

I got an email from newegg (one of the sites he used to spend the stolen money)...They are giving me $500 gift certificate for my help, and will file suit against him and his mother (she was the recipient of all the packages)......



His family will be broke by the time Im done with them.
