help me remember the name of an old tv show
so all i remember about this show was that it was on abc or nbc, in the mid/late 90's
its stared matt damon i think, although ive checked his imdb page and didnt come up with anything, maybe someone who looked like him? about same age as him?
from what i can remember, it was a mystery/drama show, set in an old town(1980's old??), maybe about a banker/criminal/ (maybe something to do with someone winning the lotto??) one of the main characters wore a black top hat/black suit and carried a briefcase with money in it??
everyone on the show talked slow and calculated, lots of bland scenery/set design, houses with plain white walls/ simple lawns,
i remember one scene that was of a street, with lightposts going down one side, and one story houses on both sides?
the show was basicly a mystery where you didnt know what was going on...kinda like this post lol
ya basically that prob didnt make any sense, but thought i'd try anyways
