Help with MS Excell
Heya,
I am trying to do a formula that will:
As you enter a value in Column B, automatically insert the current date in Column A as a value, not a link. ie it stays there next time you open the file. I've managed to do with with a link, but every time you open teh file it puts in the new current date in Column A.
Plz help if you can
Thanks in advance.
PS. I know this is not the BEST forum to ask, but I can't be bothered searching for Excell specific one

Hmmm.. not an Excel expert, but you can possibly write a macro that uses the "isolate" function for the cells you want to break the link with. Just run the macro when you want to isolate... If you do this all day long, set the macro to a hotkey combination.
Good luck!
Good luck!
