Default Help my fiancee win a free LASIK Procedure

I haven't been on in ages, but I'm trying to get the help from the S2KI community, your help would be greatly appreciated in this case!

If you have a facebook account…

I recently got LASIK done and my Dr is having a facebook contest. The person who’s picture receives the most votes gets a free LASIK procedure. So I’ve entered my fiancee into it, and could really use your help to get her votes up. It shouldn’t take more than a few minutes of your time. Contest ends in a few days.

http://apps.facebook.com/feinermanvision/index.php

1. Be logged into your facebook account
2. Click the link above, and allow the application
3. Then click on Tina’s picture, which will be listed under my name (Thomas C.) since I entered her into the contest.
4. Click the “LIKE” button next to the picture
5. If the vote went through, you should see a post on your profile page.
6. You should also see that the vote count increased by one
7. Feel free to delete the post and remove the application after you’ve voted.

This is a legitimate contest and application, and not some virus etc. It’d be great to be able to get Tina LASIK too since she’s seen how much I’ve been loving it.

Thanks a bunch everyone. If you don’t feel comfortable voting just disregard my request, no worries. Or if you know others who’d be willing to vote, please let them know!

Just trying to get votes everywhere I can!

(Mods I hope this is ok to post here? if not I can remove it...)

Yes she has a slight astigmatism. It's not too bad though. More than likely she'll be getting All laser lasik. Not sure if she'll need the laser cut flap or the microkeratome.

I had custom all laser lasik, with the laser cut flap, and I couldn't have been happier. It's been a little over a month, and I'm seeing 20/15. I do seem some halos still at night though. Supposed to go away within 3 months or so.

ok.. so im guessing her vision is not bad enough to the point where she needs something beyond lasik such as custom tailored lasik. (which i got btw a couple of years ago). i believe my procedure was WaveFront Custom Cornea, just a fancy name for a procedure that corrects low-order aberrations like near sightedness and far and higher order.. its basically tailored lasik.

I'm hoping the procedure includes the custom wavefront guided process that I received. I don't believe this is a straight forward LASIK only procedure. If it doesn't I'll probably gladly pay the increase upgrade fee.

But yea her vision isn't nearly as bad as mine. Mine was -6. Her's is probably in the 3's.

How has it turned out for you if you got it a few years ago? Any halo, ghosting etc?
