Default Help with my personal webspace!

Hey guys, I am using the space my ISP gives me for free, and it doesnt want to work.

I downloaded a FTP Client, followed the instructions here :

Publishing Instructions
Using FTP Client Software
Start your FTP application. Because every FTP application is different, the steps that follow are generalized. For more detailed information, see your FTP program's online Help.
Type members.cox.net for the host name of the server.
Type your username and password. The username and password you use for FTP are the same as those you use for your email account. For example, if your email address is johndoe@cox.net, you would use johndoe as the login name.
Connect to the server. Most FTP applications have a Connect button. Once you've connected, FTP provides you with a list of the files in your Personal WebSpace directory.
Transfer your files.
Disconnect from the Personal WebSpace server.

I do all that, and when I go to my "site", I get this http://members.cox.net/forgedspeed/

I have called customer support twice, been on hold for 30 minutes, and then they "transfer" me, only to get disconnected.

Can anyone help me?

I am 99% sure its in the correct dir, because it says so in the ftp, and you can log onto your account on the website, and check your personal webspace, and it, along with other files I upload are there

Looks to me like it's working. You've got an HTML document up there that reads "Testing HomePage for ForgeSpeed." Is that not what you wanted?
