OK, I came accross some junk at work that I'm hoping to get working. It's a Minolta 3D 1500 digital camera. Supposedly this thing takes 3D digital pictures.
I have scoured the net looking for any pointers to getting the MetaCreations MetaStudio software that processes the images, but no luck. Apparently Metacreations went belly up.
Does anyone know of a 3D graphics program that could also be used to assemble the 3D images from these:
Here is a link where they talk about working with other applications: http://www2.minolta.com/dp/3d1500/howto/working.html . This looks to me like you still have to have the MetaStudio stuff to export it, but I can't tell for sure.
They make mention to 3D Studio (3D Studio Max?) .. anyone know if 3DSMAX can handle this stuff??
