volume of caravan (in^3) / volume of tape (in^3) = # of tapes caravan can hold

(((# of tapes * tape storage capacity) / 1000 bytes/mb) / 8 bits/byte) = total storage capacity of caravan


2)
speed of van per second = (((55 mi/hr) / 60 min/hr) / 60 sec/min)


final:
data rate = total storage capacity of caravan * speed of van per second


i hope thats correct ... ?
