sitting here fuzzy with jet lag...just got back from 2 weeks in japan..swear to god greg,when you guys go to see the plant your head will explode!!!!..brief images..walked into kinokunia book store[shinjuku] and got a fresh s2000 hyper rev off the shelf [$15 bucks!]...more cool s2000 models and toys than you can imagine...yes i got one of each!...on the streets of tokyo; more s2000's than porsches!!!!...sunday crusin' around tokyo just amazing!..full-race skylines,bikes galore,[a new trend in "look alike" full bore rally cars on the street..]....a strange sighting of several blacked out,lowered '70's full size US station wagons[???]..best time..seems the twisty road from nikko up to lake chuzenji is a mecca for tricked out cars[several s2000's sighted]and bike guys...even saw a van at the base of the road unloading cafe racers for the climb!! saw a pair of CART cars on a transporter on the way to twin ring... the weather should be perfect for you guys!..wish i could make it but next trip looks like oct for kabuki...more later when my mind clears...

 

Grandmaster! I was thinking about you the other day and wondering how things were going...

Glad you had a blast over there...it's very exciting to be headed over in a few weeks. Scott of King Motorsports has arranged a tour of Mugen for us. Our hosts have also planned tours of Twin Ring Motegi and a lot of other truly special and amazing things...
