Verbal arguments between two parties in a congress meeting turned physical. They were having disagreenements about guy/girl relationships in Iran. The person (pictured) had a few stuff thrown at him by the Head judge and the head of all courts in the country. He himself also has a high ranking.

Babak's translation is very close to what happened, but the scuffle was more over social and cultural issues that were discussed in a weekly magazine and the Press Supervisory Board (not sure if it was the Congress though) was reviewing it. The guy in the picture (Saharkhiz) was blamed for not supervising the review by another member of the board and was attacked by him over this dispute.
