2:1 on his tenents increasing the amount of while he's on the mend
3:1 on a thread specifically addressing some new unnecessary thing "they ALL gots" while he's on the mend.
3:1 on a clerk being an overweight chowderhead
4:1 on an orderly/medical assistant being an overweight chowderhead
5:1 on the insurance company doing something stupid
8:1 on the doctor/office botching up the billing (independent of general ineptitude found in the 4:1 bet)
100:1 on the doctor screwing the procedure up.
