History buffs: help needed
Does anyone know when was the last time we actually had a President and Vice President from 2 different political parties?
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5191875/ I read that and thought that was fairly interesting. I remember my HS history class saying something about the loser of the presidential election being the VP, anyone know more details? |
Knock yourself out! I'm sure the info is in there somewhere. ;)
Actually, some of it is pretty interesting. |
Yeah...judging by the info in there, the original system didn't work with the development of political parties.
It is interesting that Kerry wants a pro-life, VERY pro-military Republican as a running mate. That would make for quite an interesting ticket. |
