Bacon is good. A plus is it's good for you. I like to fry bacon and let it "soak" on some toast (instead of the proverbial paper towel), this way the toast tastes like bacon when you're done.
Also, overcook one or two slices of bacon and crumple it up into small pieces to put in the eggs that you'll cook (using left-over bacon grease)...then you've got bacon-flavored eggs and toast.
I like to use the toast to make a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The cheese is optional.
...and in case anyone was wondering, the process described above is pending a US Patent.
