ya... I started the Convenience store about 6 years ago.... kept it for 3 years then sold it... when I attempted to quit my Controller job, they asked me to stay and work both places... so I did that and met what I thought was the dream chick... we had 3 good years, 1 horrible one and I lost my job somewhere in there... so I moved to Nashville and like an idiot bought her a salon that failed miserably.... drove around the country for a couple months then landed back her in Nashville... so now I am the Controller of Dicks Last Resort at the Corporate office.. just bought my first rental house down here yesterday.

what have you been up to? Still doing accounting? I think you were at a CPA firm (like the owner I think).

 

Was a partner till I moved to Napa, then sole proprietor CPA. Last July 31 I retired before Obamacare drove me insane. Loving it.
Your job sounds like it could be fun.
