Not sure if this is what is causing the confusion but they have an opening animation that actually crashes Netscape 4.7 on a lot of computers. Their response to this being pointed out was basically "well, then get IE or NS6"

Because I own 3 Honda cars and not all of them are S2000s!!! I still use H-A.net for Civic and Prelude talk...
