Horrible Ebay Vendor
I jsut ordered a K&N FIPK from Ebay and it's the worst PAI transaction of my life.
I need to vent, so here's the letter I sent them:
Good Evening,
I just want to share with you my horrendous experience with your company. I won a K&N FIPK filter on Ebay- Item# XXXXXXXXX, PayPal ID: XXXX. I called (305) 593-9996 on March 14th and paid via VISA debit card over the phone. I was told that the item would be shipped that same day and that I would be sent an email when shipped. After not receiving an email within the next few days, I got worried and called again today. The person I spoke to- Rollie or something like that, told me that I need a proof of purchase before he ships the product. Being that I paid over the phone, I had no proof of purchase to give him. Why doesn't your company get its act together and document these transactions? I paid with my VISA debit card and they confirmed that Exotic Truck did in fact debit $250 from my account. Therefore, you already have my money.
So, why wasn't the product shipped? Not only do I have to waste my time calling you over and over and being kept ON HOLD for 10-15 minutes at a time, but you also have a pea-brained, incompetent, good-for-nothing salesperson working for you.
I called my bank and disputed the charge. Therefore, I will no longer need your product, and you will now owe the bank and VISA the $250 you took from me. Below is the purchase I copied and pasted from my online Wachovia account:

What a pathetic company you guys are. How can you not track my payment? My statement shows that YES, you took $250 from my account. So, not only was my item not shipped, but you don't even have record of me paying for it. I will also complain to the Better Business Bureau and Ebay about this. Also, I posted this negative experience in many automotive and truck enthusiast sites on the internet- specifically stating what happened to me. What horrible service. I pay the very next day I win the auction and this is how I'm treated. This is the worst Ebay experience I've ever had.
Now, can anyone refer me to a place that has GOOD SERVICE and FAST SHIPPING for this K&N FIPK for the AP2?
