This is horrible, I feel very bad for this guy :(

Well, I just sent a donation to someone who's sponsoring it.

I don't mean to be rude or skeptical, but I wonder if every penny will get to Len.

Dogs are truely amazing animals. I had a friend when I was younger that had a dog do something similar.

We were playing by the road with our bikes. He wasn't looking at traffic and rode into the street. A car was coming and gong to hit him. His dog actually saw it, ran into the street in front of the car, and the car hit the dog and stopped in enough time to keep it from hitting him. The dog was even looking back at him when it got hit by the car.

Show me a cat that would do that. (I hate cats)

Cats and dogs are two different animals, with different animal instincts and behaviors. You shouldn't hate any animal at all.

A check for the exact amount that accrues in PayPal is being sent to Len. We are all like family and no one, especially the guy collecting donations, would do anything to hurt Len. (i.e., keep some of the money.) Thank you to everyone willing to pitch in. Every little bit DOES help.
