it appears to be some kind of particle board for the outsides, the roof and the flooring. You can see there are some small area's with plywood. Is that normal to use the cheaper stuff for flooring/ roofing / etc....?
They "nailed" everything instead of "screwing" the flooring in, so i would guess the house will squeek within a few years? (i thought flooring was to be "glued and screwed").
It also appears they used a really low grade 2x4 for the studs... most of them have the corners cut, etc...... that all gets hidden behind drywall, but is that normal? Just seems like everything is subpar for what people are paying.
