Default How big is your bird?

For the Americans here, it being Thanksgiving and all:

How many pounds of turkey are you cooking?

What side dishes?

Recipies welcome.

20 lbs for 7 of us. Hope to have left overs

Also Sweet potato pie, green bean caserole, corn, rolls

Home made pumpkin cheese cake, pecan pie, and two types of apple pie.

Cooking the turkey on the grill with a mix of plum, apple, and mesquite woods. Injected it tonight with home made mix of lemon, garlic and butter.

We have 2 20lb. Turkeys for about 15 people.
