Default how can i find a person

Ok, i was really stupid and young when this happened so please dont flame me. I know now how most people are.
In 2006 i was at a halloween party and this girl hit the back of my car and ran. I was about to call the police but the people throwing the party told me they knew her and to not call the cops. So they gave me her number and i called her the next day. She apoligized and said she would pay for the damages. Well i got the estimate told it to her and then she disconnected her phone. I have been trying to find her since. All i have on her is her old phone number and her name which i dont even know if i spelled it right( Its pronounced like Asia but with a T in the front). Is there anyway for me to find her and her information so i can take her to small claims court?
Thanks
Fadi

After 2 years? No police report? You might as well buy a lottery ticket at this point, better odds of winning.

lol

You waited two years!
I can't imagine any judge finding for you unless you had all the damage photo'd and a signed admission of guilt.

I'd be chalking it up to a life lesson learned and let it go.

well i have plenty of witnesses willing to come to court with me. And also a verbal agreement is a binding contract in AR. I still have the original estimate i got as well.

Your best bet is to get with the friends that claimed to know her and get her information from them.

2 years... tsk tsk...

Wasn't able to take care of this before due to school? C'mon, what kinda reason is that, schools out for two months at a time during summer, and there's plenty of weekend and school holidays during which you could have done some work on this.
