Back on topic, the neck is perhaps the hardest part to work on.

 

if you spend considerable time on a treadmill and watch your lipid intake, you will notice a dfference in your face/neck within a few weeks if you are serious about it. make sure you increase the incline angle of the treadmill and try to stay on for a good amount of time, and not just try to run as fast as possible.

 

Get the emaciated look going with some heroin.
