I have a custom piture thing for my sig. I was wondering how I can make it appear. Thanks!

I'm not quite sure what a 'piture' is, but your sig appears to be working just fine.

In the off chance that you might be actually talking about your "avatar" (that's thing that is under your username), only "members" can have custom avatars.
