how do i post pics when i reply to a thread?even when i use the IMG button the pics don't show up. also, when i try to use a pic from my computer as my avator, it doesn't show up... any thoughts? is the pic to big? if so, how do i shrink it? thanks for any help

i don't know what you mean by hosted.. the are pics that i have on my computer in my file called "my pictures" located in "my documents"
