how do you add someone to your ignore list?

Well, I have to go against the conventional wisdom here.... I have one person on my list and I still see when people quote him (assuming it's a "him") and it's always after he's said something completely stupid or meaningless. In fact there's a thread going right now where no less than five people in a row have quoted him to rebuke a stupid statement he made.

Ok, I need to lighten up now

I have a Zen Ignore list. I try my best to ignore some people after I read their inflammatory or imbecilic statements. Ohmmmmmmmmmmm.
