I don't get stressed ... that way I don't need to find a way to relieve it

Buckle down and work my A$$ off. Last semester was the toughest I've ever had (finished 6.5 years of college straight w/ 2 degrees). Spent almost every waking hour doing school work for most of the semester. Now I just have to see if it'll pay off in the form of a job.

That's my take on things too. If I get stressed I just work more. I view it as being a means to an end if the work is the stress source then finishing the work ceases the stress.

As for activities I rock climb and find it extremely relaxing.

It's the gym for me, and then a good book.

i take a moment and see stress as a choice. once i realize that - i choose another way to handle the situation and move forward

and going to the gym helps, too

Is Xanax a sleeping pill?
It can be. It's just a tranquilizer like Valium that's usually used to treat anxiety.

I dig another hole in the basement.

Actually GTA5 kicks ass for letting loose the anxiety.

Driving helps except that I live in PA and can't go faster than 10 mph under the speed limit 90% of the time because this is the most speed retarded state I know. Which makes me want to go home and play GTA5 more.
