Well, I was just wondering how you guys get the pictures under your names without having to use the default ones given? It says that you can customize your avatar if you have over 25 posts, which I do, and I just wanted to know how you insert the pic into the slot...

 

when you go to change your avatar, just click on custom avatar instead of picking one from the list, simple as that. It is a pain however to shrink a pic to fit

try to make the pic 100 pixels by 100 pixels,
then save as gif file, palette for web (less colors).
you should be able to use the pic then...
