Default How do you find out if someone has a record?

I've got some clown sending me threatening emails (CRAZY boyfriend of an Ex) and I wanted to "look him up". I've seen other people do it on this site i.e. when someone has scammed them. I tried google, but they all cost money. If I have to pay, I will, but I'd like to get the info free if I can.

I have a friend who's a PI. PM me if you're interested and I'll let you know how to contact him.

Court records are public, and should be available online. It may require some searching to find where your state keeps 'em.

http://www.supreme.state.az.us/publicaccess/search.asp is Arizona's. Good entertainment on a slow evening as well.

You have to pay to get 'all' the info. But reversephonedirectory.com has been a decent resource tool for me a couple of times.
