How do you guys wake up in the morning!!?
Just remember, it's not the number of hours of sleep, its the amout of unfragmented sleep that is important.
So if you're tossing and turning, or waking up constantly at night, you're not getting proper rest.
Sometimes it's just hard to get out of bed. I find it's even tougher during winter. Really tough waking up at 8 AM during January and its still dark outside.

Maybe school just isnt doing it for you right now...get out and do something new...when I have something to do the next day...go snowboarding, have a race, going on vacation...then I dont even need my alarm to get up because I'm so excited...so, go find something that is gonna make you wake up ....maybe change majors??

i usually wake up with the alarm clock, proceed to masturbate, and then fall back asleep and wake up with the second alarm clock ringing 15 minutes later. works like a charm.

You need to use the "pee alarm." It takes a little practice as to how large of a glass of water you need to drink as you go to bed to set it. Once you have this figured out it works quite well.
I have an anxiety disorder, so I never oversleep. I'm always up either early or exactly on time due to nervous energy, regardless of how many hours I've slept or how tired I am. I do usually set my radio as a backup alarm, though.
EVoVII, if you're in college right now and oversleeping, then don't worry about it. Just about everyone's done that through college. I used to stay up late all the time and oversleep a crapload of classes. Once I graduated, started working full time, and life became a dull, stagnant, repetitive regimen, I no longer had problems waking up early. You will eventually get used to it after your daily schedule becomes habit. Trust me, it happens to the laziest, sleepiest bastards on Earth.

My alarm clock is on the other side of the room, ive tripped over friends, furniture, and other things to get to the damn thing, turn it off and go back to sleep. Even if i do get ready for class, i just sit in my car and sleep.
I have my clock a long reach away from bed so I can snooze without getting up, but I can't reach it while still sleeping.
I agree what you're getting up for has everything to do with why you get up. The thought that gets me out of bed everyday is that I MUST, if I do, I will no longer make it in the world. School/classes are not a matter a survival so you're not a motivated to get up.
Also, the longer I wait, the more traffic there is in the morning, so I only make it worse on myself by stealing a few more minutes. Just get up and get on with it.
