Faking drunk, of all things, is pretty lame. It's tough to tell sometimes. A lot of people have told me that I didn't look act/drunk when I had in fact drank a significant amount (think kill small buffalo amounts).

Come on, guys. The trick is to get the girl to buy you a drink. If she'll do that, you're in! She's either really that drunk, or she's really that into you. 
Just make sure you work your way around to getting her to pay for the drink. Don't just tell her to.
