how do you reset "regional code" on computer DVD player?

Default how do you reset "regional code" on computer DVD player?

my friend was watching korean dvd on my computer and he switched the regional code. I guess he changed it more then 3 times and it's expired and it's permenitly set on region 3(asia) Anyone know a program that will reset the regional code? I don't want to buy a new dvd rom just for this reason... any help will be thankful..

I use PowerDVD, no problem with it..!! never have any problem with DVD regional code..!! maybe it is just me not buy any Asian movie in DVD...
