how hard do you lift weights?
Ive just switched to boxing, and man is that stuff draining. It really works your endurance, but not much gain in muscle mass. So I just train in lifting and boxing. I fence also, so the reaction time boxing develops helps.

I have been really sore lately since I started to lift harder..... I am only lifting each part 1 time per week... which may be my problem????
I lift 3 days a week and then go in and mess around 1 more day.... basically stomach, calves, ride bike, look at piggies, etc....
Anyone else lift fairly hard and stay sore for days?

One of the best and most fun workouts around is rock climbing.
It's a very dynamic work out, which will tax your entire body to levels you never imagined and indoor gyms are becoming much more common.
Take a look in your area find an indoor gym and give climbing a try, there's nothing like it
