This entire thread fails at grammar!

I cannot read any of it.

short answer:

You need to have a mostly complete car that brings something special to the table for sponsors to really start to wake up to the idea of sponsoring your car. You must be willing to, most likely, pay a percentage of the cost of the parts you want to use and...also be willing to show at any of the locations the sponsoring company would want you to participate at.

almost everything can be negotiated at the final contract phase of the sponsorship but getting to that point will require a car that is not suffering from bankrupt mothers meaning it will need to be a liquid investment. you will need to be able to move quickly between up and down time and keep the car in tip-top shape.

Showing/traveling/upkeep/maint./repairs etc all cost a lot of money. To be effectively sponsored you will need a "something special" finished car and money, there is no simple way around that.

You may also want to define what kind of sponsorship you are wanting. You mentioned track, are you looking for race sponsorship or show sponsorship??
