Seperate accounts ARE YOU FVCKIN KIDDING!
That will do you no good all the way around.
She obviously is horrible finacially, she better have a mill in the bank or something.
If she's not loaded, or even if she is, you need to either get a pre-nup which will be the only thing to save your sorry ass after the divorce and you're still going to be paying half of her shoe bill for the next 20 years.
Next get it all in one account so you can see how far in debt your going to be and still realize that a pre-nup will only protect the assets you have not your combined debt
No offence maybe I'm reading too much into what you've written here but it looks like you're fvcked....
Oh its all good. She has no credit card debt and she makes a decent living, my only problem with her financial habits is she has giant law school bills that she has structured like a mortgage to pay $500 a month for the next 30 yrs. I'd cut down on the clothes and shoes and get those suckers taken care of first, but debt keeps me up at night.

Outside of her student loans, my mortgage and a few grand I have yet to pay on her ring, we have no debt, three cars and a brand new house with about 50% equity.

I am not worried about cash so much as I am worried about any square inch in my house not covered in clothes and shoes. We finished the move in last night and are up over the 300 hanger mark. She has half of my walk in closet and one of the closets in the spare bedroom PACKED full. Your standard double bi-fold door closet has about a one foot high pile of shoes covering the whole floor of the closet. I wish I had a digital camera. I have less of a problem with the 150 work out videos because I guess if she throws those out, she will not fit into anything and have to buy another truckload of clothing.

It does not cause any kind of financial hardship, but the part I don't get is a) that she has some kind of emotional attachment to this stuff. If a garment is so old or ugly it will never be worn again she wants to save it in case she may decide to put it on ten years from now. And b) why does someone with about 500 garments decide "Hey I am gonna go to the mall today and look at clothing!" I would have stopped at about 100.

OP, ask her to donate some of the clothes, that she doesn't wear often anymore, to a charity.

She claims she does that all the time. My theory is for every four new items, she must donate 2 or 3, so the collection keeps growing.
