We need to buy more gas efficient cars or ride the bicycle more often. Too bad out major metro cities really arent meant for bikes.

btw, The majority of east texas home owners have atleast 1 SUV, some 1 suv, and a truck

In the UK the lowest RON rating you can get is 95. Most of us on s2ki.com run on 'super unleaded', 97 to 98RON. supermarket cost is .83p a litre, BP or Esso's 'optimax' is about 91p per litre in the south of the UK.

So on shell Optimax at 91P a litre thats

Damn gas is now $2.73 Prem in my area, that's a big jump from $2.60 four days ago
