How much would this car cost?

I do believe he is saying a brand new GT-R costs about half the price of a Honda NSX.
If the NSX sells for about 80k in Japan (I have no idea) that would make the R-34 GT-R about 40K which doesnt seem unreasonable but I was under the impression that they were a bit more expensive.

How hard is it to drive stick when shifting with your left hand instead of the usual, right hand?

I often wonder just the opposite.
Oh yes, ClutchBurner is right and a new NSX in Japan is quite very the expensive for a normal working paycheck. Though a second hand one is not so quite the way with resale values always falling. Go to Japan, work a year ... You'll have enough money and financial background to get you any decent Japanese dream car, of course it has to be second hand but it's nothing bad considering 80% of them look like new.
The reason why a brand new GTR R34 costs so much (90K) here in the U.S. is because the company that imports them (motorex - www.motorex.net or www.skylinegtr.com) has to make it streetable. That means pass crash tests and emissions.
DaveZ, yeah you're a weirdo.
