How often shower / bathe?
duh.......everyday. Anything later is freaking disgusting!
Its like a chef taking a dump without washing his hands, then go off to marinating a steak with his hands.
I used to work at Chili's Irvine, and this happened, so I know.

I shower and wash my hair once per day, more if I get dirty or smelly, etc. I also use the hot shower to wake me up in the morning instead of coffee. Who ever invented hot water is great!
Once a morning (always) - it's how I wake up.
If I do much exercising aside from a workout (which has always been mornings but will probably switch to evenings, once I'm allowed to work out again), I'll shower before bed or going out or whatever.
In the summers, I often shower with cold water (morning and evening) - it wakes me up better when it's 90*F outside and it's 7am and also refreshes me before going to bed. I'm still not used to 100*F temperatures so I probably shower twice as much in the summer (but use almost all cold water). Cold water in Texas isn't really that cold in the summer.

I average one per day.
<-- Personal record for showerless days....8, while camping for a week in the Boundary Waters.

In the Boundary Waters, the goal is to get as nasty as possible and then check out the looks on the faces of those working a Dairy Queen in Ely or Grand Marias as you walk to the counter unshaven and stinky and order about 6 peanut buster parfaits for just yourself.
