Hahaha...sadly enough, I have to admit that I've done that a few times. I swap cars here and there and sometimes forget which side the fuel door is on. Once I stop at the gas station, I'm too lazy to move it and just drag the hose over.

I just wish I could pump my own...the gas guys here always spill on the side of my car, one time he completely overflowed it trying to top it off, spilt fuel all over the side, got on my tires, into my brake rotors, etc. Needless to say that was the last time I let him pump my gas.
