I have test in about 2 hours...and I am freaking out!

This class is Acct II (Corporation)...i get the stocks ....common stock/preffered stock..okay but BONDS....bonds i don't get it!

Hopefully there won't be too much questions for BONDS

 

Bonds, Barry - outfielder for the San Francisco Giants. Owns major league home run record for hitting 73 homers in 2001.

Bond, James - secret agent who has many recorded scores, but of a different sort.

 

Bonds are relatively easy. They are documents that promise to pay back your principal + interest (premium) at some future date. They are basically a promissory note.

 

Just make sure the interest rates are higher than inflation, otherwise you're screwed!

BTW, I got only 71 on my acctg test ...that's C...and as I was putting it on my folder..woman next to me says...you got C...that's good....I was like what...she goes on saying...how half of class got D or F and C is pretty decent...so I guess I am doing okay! atleast better than half of class
