ive been there.. it hurts as f$(#!!! but i want my brakes.. oh yea, its gonna take you like 4-5 years for that bone to feel alot better!

glad your not any worse off man.. always always have jack stands or a the very least a dependable heavy duty jack under there.

Sorry to hear about your foot, get well soon. This has taught me not to use the factory jack ever again. I usually only use it to get my car up high enough to put a real jack underneath the car since its lowered. The factory jack blows.
