Whilst I would never for one second argue that the car in question is anything but a huge bowl of Nasi Goreng I would like to point out that I think that front wheel may actually be the space-saver tyre to be used in event of a flat. Even we S2000ites have one of these lurking in the trunk.

No such luck for the car's owner.... Just check the other side and....

Well. a lot of people who have 18in wheels put stock or smaller wheels when they go racing. You do this because 1) you don't want to waste your good tires and 2) You can get better start with 16in wheels. Maybe he went street racing and didnt take it off afterwards.
