LASIK done Friday at 2:00 pm. and by my follow up appointment on Saturday morning I'm 20/20. Have been wearing glasses since the eighth grade and now I don't need them. I live at the beach and this is just in time to check out the talent this summer.

congrats. i got mine done Jan of this year, and it came out to be 20/15 on each eye. congrats to my doctor.

You will experience dryness for a long long time. I am still experiencing that. Like today, the wind was blowing really hard, and i was on the golf course. After 18 holes, my right eye was red from all the wind and i couldn't really see out of it. Once the eyedrops came out, it was better.

 

i agree - i almost tossed my dinner onto my keyboard.

Congrats on the Lasik! I, too, had Lasik about 4 years ago, and 'til this day, still 20/15 (better than 20/20). Good money spent!

When I got back my perfect vision, what I had thought was my little stuffed bunny wabbit on my bed was actually a dead rat all along.
