Default I got ripped off on ebay!

So I paid for an item for $154.00 back on aug 30th, and still have not received the item. I already opened a dispute with ebay/paypal, but will I for sure get a refund if they dig in his account? He didnt reply to my emails either. I have his ebay user name, auction info, etc if u need it. His feedback even seemed ok, wtf?

It's been only a week. Give it some more time.

This is why you always pay via credit card, even when using PayPal, so you can just charge back the money through your CC company. PayPal is worthless.

I used to work as security at PayPal in San Jose(big company too) and even the employees there are worthless.

Is there not a limit to how much you can spend through your credit card?
