Dunno. In this particular case, if he had a gun in his hand instead of the baseball bat, he might've been dead by now.

Or he would have shot him before even saying anything which is what I would have done if someone was on my property threating me like that. One less bad guy to come back later. In those situations, you shoot first and ask questions later.

As someone asked ealier about laws in CA vs WA. In WA there is no 10 round magazine limit. You can also have different weapons at your disposal such as an AR-15. They are legal in CA, but only if you owned them while being a resident in CA before the ban.

How did he get into the garage anyway? I would get a security alarm or something to the effect if I were you, better safe than sorry, and it does give some piece of mind (specially if you have any kids)

I wonder why he didn't run at the sound of the alarm, he must have heard it too.

one time a friend i was with pulled a lame stunt and i ended up with the bidness end of a double barrel 12gauge 3' from my nose. talk about excitement.

That's ok.. I was held up at gun point, and told to get on the floor and everything. Guy kept screaming for the money, so I b*tched back and screamed that there wasn't anything.. told me "B*tch if you are lying i am going to shoot you..." Let's just say he never came back... cause he realized i was telling the truth.
