My wife woke me up at like 2:30 AM and said that the house alarm was going off. It was my garage
So I grab a baseball bat and go running out there. I kick the door open, turn on the light and
there is a guy standing in the middle of my garage with a gun pointed and me. I yell "Put the gun down" and "What do you want." He says, "Nothing." "Then get out" I yell. He runs out the door and down the street. The cops were there in like 2 minutes, tood some info and gave me a case #. I'm sure they will never find the guy, I'm just glad my wife and I are OK. Just thought I would share my interesting day with you.

Dunno. In this particular case, if he had a gun in his hand instead of the baseball bat, he might've been dead by now.

As someone asked ealier about laws in CA vs WA. In WA there is no 10 round magazine limit. You can also have different weapons at your disposal such as an AR-15. They are legal in CA, but only if you owned them while being a resident in CA before the ban.
How did he get into the garage anyway? I would get a security alarm or something to the effect if I were you, better safe than sorry, and it does give some piece of mind (specially if you have any kids)

That's ok.. I was held up at gun point, and told to get on the floor and everything. Guy kept screaming for the money, so I b*tched back and screamed that there wasn't anything.. told me "B*tch if you are lying i am going to shoot you..." Let's just say he never came back... cause he realized i was telling the truth.
