i haven't been here because of one man who visited
it makes me mad. the DSL was working fine until about 2 1/2 weeks to 4 weeks ago, an SBC Yahoo man put in a new phone line (for no reason, i don't know if anyone asked him to do that). he connected the wires wrong and my dad had to fix it for him. i can't believe repairmen these days. the phone worked again but the DSL does not work anymore. i called SBC Yahoo service and they said they had a problem at work and i would have to call another time. so i did call again about 5 days later. the guy on the phone asked me what the color of my broadbank link L.E.D. light was showing. it was showing red which means a bad thing. it would normally be green. the guy then put me on hold and said i would have to call again later. has anyone had a problem like this before?

I have had numerous line outages (both voice and data) with SBC. I had so many problems they 'repaired' my line three times in one month. If I could get cable modem I would switch in a minute and use my cell for voice.. I would love to tell them what to do with their crappy service and inflated prices.
