I saw on E! that Jose Cuervo corp. bought an Island and it's considered a republic. They are even pushing for representation at the UN. In order to become a citizen of the Republic of Jose Cuervo you just have to get drunk and then go to the courthouse on the beach and recite some halfass proclamation without falling down.

Sounds good to me.
