Anybody wanna go fishing? I will bring the bait. Where would you like to go fishing? I don't care where, because fishing is fun and I like it.

Fishing is nice. We should all go fishing soon.

Greg-

Please take this in the good natured manner that it is intended. I have nothing but respect for you for all that you have done for the community and for your work in developing S2KCA. I mean that.

I hate the trolls as much as the next guy, but don't you think that threads like this just increases the potential for conflict? Let sleeping dogs lie, amigo. If folks insist on being a-holes, there's nothing that you and I can do about it. But why invite it?

Just my 2 cents.

Come down here to Texas. Bunch of lakes. If you like large mouth bass and stripers, this is the place to be.

i use to fish about a year ago, I caught a 14" fish, though it was the biggest fish in the river. I was later found out it was small. It hurt me in so many ways. What is semi-pro anyways?

hmmmmm, car talk or off-topic, I can't tell. Close one though, guess it could go in both. LOL

I would request that a moderator move this to off-topic where it would be appropriate.

Da Hapa, thanks for the kudos, it's nice to hear every once in a while. Truly, the point of this thread was to inject a little bit of levity into what I consider to be some over the top emotional discussions about a car. I'm not pointing fingers at ANYONE, both 'sides' (even myself at times) can be blamed...well, not any more!

Seriously, just like C3, I just want it to stop and I think fishing is a good way to help stop it...

Its been over a year since I've been fishing, went down to Caranchua Bay (sp?) between Brownsville and Corpus - I paniced for a while, no cell phone range, no telephone, nothing! I need another vacation like that... soon.

My dad and my three brothers were in Miami for fathers day last year and caught a huge Blue Marlin. We made the papers it was pretty cool. 10 1/2 feet long about 300 lbs. Took us about 3 hours to pull the sucker up. I wouldn't call that relaxing, but definitely exciting.

We caught a lot of King fish and Dolphin fish as well.

Fun, fun stuff.

Ahhhhh fishing!!!!
