I need help with my finance paper
Hey guys, I'm starting a 20 page paper thats due on Thursday for my consumer finance class, and I need some help. 
The topic is mortgage-backed securities. More specifically, I need to know what makes them appealing, and who are the people that choose to invest in them; like what are their typical social classes, average incomes, etc. Thanks in advance for your help!

Does it really matter what social class you are in? It's just another investment to diversify your portfolio with that has an actual physical asset to back it. I just graduated with a degree in finance BTW.
