Default I need new jeans

Ok, well long story short, I ripped my favorite pair of jeans last night while sledding down my stairs (I live in one of those really tall, narrow houses that has very steep steps going from the 3rd floor all the way to the bottom). These were the only pair of jeans that I owned that even came remotely close to fitting, so I am going to need to buy a new pair. I want something comfortable, durable, and fashionable. I am in my 20's, and the only brand I could think of off hand was diesel, but I know there are other good brands for what I am looking for. Any suggestions?

Mavi or Diesel would be my first pick. Although come to think of it, I have a pair of GAP low-rise boot cut jeans I like pretty well too.

If you're looking to drop some coin, Diesel is always cool. . . but I prefer Seven for All Mankind (girls call them "Sevens"). They're usually pretty sweet jeans. Definitely not affordable if you're looking to buy more than one pair, though (well, if you're me it's just one pair. . . you may be able to afford 20 pairs, I don't know).

For everyday wear, though, I always go with Polo RL jeans. They run about $85/pair, but can be found on sale for ~$60. Very comfortable, very stylish, relatively durable.

every single pair of Gap jeans I've owned wore out 2-3x faster than my other jeans (and yes, I wear them all about the same amount). I'll never buy Gap jeans again (even though they did look good... while they lasted)

personally, I like the classic Levi's 501s. I also have some Levi's denims that look good. got a pair of DKNY brown jeans that I really like as well. and my gf had be buy some Guess jeans that I probably would've never bought, but she likes tight clothes on me and hey... they don't look that bad after all (kinda nice actually, but I'm not used to wearing something so tight on the thighs and butt). I've always thought Guess jeans were for girls though. ah well, my gf thinks I look sexy in them, so that's all that matters.

Seven jeans dont really have the durability of many other companies. I actually really like jcrew's bootcut jeans $75 they fall in the middle of the price range.
