I need your creativity...
I'm doing a statistics project in which I ask someone to perform some action, then apply a "treatment" and ask them to perform it again.
to give you an idea of what that might be like, here's an example
Action: tie shoelaces
Action + Treatment: tie shoelaces while blindfolded
Variable of interest: time taken to tie laces
My research question would be something like, "Does being blind folded make tying shoelaces harder?"
So what I need is your creativity... I can't think of a good experiment that isn't boring (like asking someone to write the alphabet with dominant hand then weaker hand... thats weaksauce)
Bring it on S2KI, show me your creativity (BTW it can't be something that'll get me arrested lol)
Gimme anything, I'll think about it.

You first.

Action: Do 5 laps around a track the subject is familiar with in GT5 and take the average lap time
Action + treatment: Do the same but do it while talking on a cell phone
Variable of interest: lap time
research question: "Does talking on the phone while driving affect your driving ability"

Action: Write 100 numbers/characters on a piece of ruled (notebook/graphing) paper.
Action + Treatment: Write 100 numbers/characters on a piece of plain (unruled) paper.
Variable of interest: Deviation in the distance from the bottom of each number/character to some line parallel to an edge of the paper.
My research question would be something like, "Do the lines on notebook paper make writing neater?"
