either way, i'm not a fan of taking medicine.
if the flu kills me, so be it. i'd rather my genes die from the flu then curse my offspring with poor immune system.

i'm glad you guys survived it.

bunch of facking pooosies in here. I had legit h1n1 lab verified flu last month. longest flu of my life (over 2 weeks) but the best feeling one ever. only sucky thing was I developed strep throat due to a weakened immune system.

honestly wasn't that bad though

Meh H1N1 was a disappointment. I had it last week. A little over 48 hours and I was done. Felt it coming on Tues afternoon. By 6PM it was in full bloom. Fever, aches, dizziness. Fun drive home from work that night. Fever spiked to 104F that night, little sleep, drinking lots of water and running to pee every hour and lay in bed shaking. I quarantined myself to the guest bedroom at home. Next morning, the fever was down to 102F. Fever lasted another 24 hours but the aches & dizziness dissipated quickly. That was it. I worked from home Thursday just to give it "24 hours" after fever goes. I was back in work Friday. All in all, I've had the flu before and this was not bad. With all the media sensationalism surrounding a flu we "don't have the vaccine for", I was expecting a near death experience. Not even close.

Sore nuts most likely due to the fact that you have lymph nodes down in your groin area.

The only problem with this H1N1 is the fact that it is new so your body doesn't get the first punch, and it seems in the cases being posted in this thread, the effects are due to your immune system going ape-shit crazy.
